This Privacy Policy explains how UXON AI Pty Ltd (“UXON AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our services and website.

By using UXON AI’s website or platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the UXON AI platform or website.

UXON AI is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We take privacy seriously and maintain appropriate safeguards to protect the personal information we collect and process.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

2. Key Terms and Definitions

For clarity in this Privacy Policy:

Customer
The organisation or individual who subscribes to UXON AI’s platform or services.
Lead
A visitor who interacts with a landing page created or managed through the UXON AI platform.
Customer Data
Information gathered during a Customer’s registration, use, and management of their UXON AI account.
Customer Content
The landing page structure, copy, design, and assets created or hosted on the UXON AI platform.
Lead Data
Any information voluntarily submitted by a visitor through a Customer’s landing page form or tracking event.
Personal Information
Any information that identifies, or could reasonably identify, an individual.
Processing
Any operation performed on Personal Information, such as collection, storage, use, or deletion.
Controller
The organisation that determines the purposes and means of Processing Personal Information.
Processor
A third-party service provider that Processes Personal Information on behalf of a Controller.
Data Subject
The individual to whom the Personal Information relates.
Consent
The freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of an individual’s agreement to the Processing of their Personal Information.
Data Breach
A security incident that results in unauthorised access to, or disclosure of, Personal Information.

3. Information We Collect

UXON AI collects several types of information to operate and improve the Service. The categories of information collected are outlined below.

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, organisation name, and optional avatar. This information is used to identify and manage your access to the UXON AI platform.

3.2 Billing Information

When subscribing to a paid plan, billing details are processed by Stripe, UXON AI’s payment provider.

UXON AI does not store or process credit card numbers or billing credentials. Stripe may collect and store billing address and payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3.3 Log and Technical Data

When you use the platform, UXON AI automatically collects basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referrer URL, session timestamps, and usage logs.

This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and traffic analytics.

3.4 Pixel and Event Data

UXON AI uses its own analytics pixel to collect event data for landing pages and experiments.

Captured fields include:

  • Session ID, Visitor ID, Timestamp, Event ID, Event Value, and Event Currency
  • Page URL, Referrer URL, and UXON page or experiment identifiers
  • Campaign tracking indicators (UTMs), Device type, and User type (new or returning)

This data is collected to perform analytics and optimise campaign performance. No personal identifiers are attached to these records unless provided by the Customer through lead collection forms.

3.5 Lead Data

Customers may use UXON AI landing pages to collect lead information (for example, through forms or events).

In these cases, the Customer acts as the Data Controller, and UXON AI acts as the Processor.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the collection and handling of Lead Data comply with applicable privacy laws. UXON AI automatically deletes stored lead data after 90 days.

3.6 Cookies and Marketing Tools

UXON AI uses cookies and tracking tools for its own marketing and performance analytics on the marketing site and registration page only.

These may include Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads click-tracking tools.

Cookies are not used within the /dashboard environment, and no tracking occurs on published customer pages other than the UXON analytics pixel.

Users may control or disable cookies through their browser settings.

4. How We Use Information

UXON AI uses collected information solely for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the platform and its related services.

4.1 Service Delivery

We use Account, Log, and Pixel Data to:

  • Provide access to the UXON AI platform and related features
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing
  • Deliver requested functionality such as landing page deployment, A/B testing, and analytics

4.2 Platform Improvement

We analyse anonymised usage data to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.

This includes identifying bugs, optimising user flow, and developing new features.

4.3 Communication

UXON AI may use your contact details to communicate about:

  • Account-related notifications, security alerts, and service updates
  • Product improvements, maintenance, or billing matters
  • Future marketing emails or product updates (via Intercom) once implemented

Users will be able to customise or opt out of marketing communications through Intercom’s subscription preference system.

4.4 Security and Fraud Prevention

We use technical data, access logs, and automated monitoring to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity, protect accounts, and ensure platform integrity.

We may process or disclose information when necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of UXON AI, its users, or the public

4.6 AI Processing

UXON AI uses OpenAI GPT-5 mini to generate landing page copy and AI-assisted content.

User inputs and generated outputs may be processed by OpenAI’s systems outside Australia but are not used by OpenAI to train or improve its models.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use or publication.

5. How We Disclose Information

UXON AI only shares personal or account information with third parties when required to provide or support the Service. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

5.1 Subprocessors and Service Providers

We engage carefully selected third-party providers (“Subprocessors”) to deliver infrastructure, functionality, and integrations essential to UXON AI’s operation.

Each provider processes data in accordance with strict confidentiality, security, and privacy standards consistent with Australian privacy requirements.

5.2 Data Transfers Outside Australia

Certain data may be processed or stored outside Australia, including through third-party services such as OpenAI and Stripe, located in the United States or other jurisdictions.

UXON AI ensures that all subprocessors handling overseas processing provide data protection consistent with Australian privacy requirements.

We may disclose information where required to comply with Australian law, enforce our legal rights, respond to lawful government or regulatory requests, or prevent actual or suspected unlawful activity.

5.4 Aggregated and Anonymised Data

UXON AI may use or share aggregated and anonymised data for analytical, research, or statistical purposes. Such data does not identify any individual and is not considered Personal Information.

6. Your Privacy Rights

UXON AI respects the rights of all individuals regarding their personal information and provides transparent options to access, correct, or delete such data.

6.1 Access and Correction

Users may access or update their account details at any time through the UXON AI platform.

If you believe that any information UXON AI holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you may contact us at ops@uxon.ai to request correction.

6.2 Data Portability

Upon request, UXON AI can provide you with a copy of your account or lead data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

This applies only to information you have directly provided to us.

6.3 Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing of personal information is based on consent (such as marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Marketing preferences can be managed through Intercom’s subscription settings or by contacting UXON AI directly.

6.4 Deletion and Retention

You may request the deletion of your account data at any time.

Upon cancellation of your subscription:

  • Account data is deleted within 30 days
  • Lead data is automatically deleted within 90 days
  • Deleted data cannot be restored once removal is completed

6.5 Complaints

If you believe UXON AI has breached the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or mishandled your personal information, you may contact us at ops@uxon.ai. We will investigate and respond promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au

7. Security and Data Protection

UXON AI implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7.1 Infrastructure Security

  • All databases are hosted on Neon, deployed on AWS Asia Pacific 2 (Sydney), providing HIPAA-compliant storage and encryption.
  • Application deployment is managed through Vercel, which offers global distribution and TLS/SSL encryption by default.
  • Domains and SSL certificates are managed by saascustomdomains.com, including DDoS protection and automated certificate renewal.

7.2 Data Encryption and Access Controls

  • Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS).
  • Access to production systems is limited to authorised UXON AI personnel and protected through secure authentication measures.
  • Administrative access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

7.3 Account and Password Protection

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

UXON AI does not have access to user passwords and cannot retrieve or reset them manually.

7.4 Incident Response and Data Breaches

In the event of a data breach, UXON AI will promptly investigate the incident and notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7.5 Data Retention

Personal and lead data are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or meet legal obligations.

Data is automatically deleted in accordance with UXON AI’s retention schedule:

  • Account data — deleted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Lead data — deleted within 90 days of collection or cancellation

8. Children’s Privacy

The UXON AI platform and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under 16 years of age.

If UXON AI becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 16 without verified parental or guardian consent, the information will be promptly deleted from our systems.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to UXON AI may contact ops@uxon.ai to request deletion of that data.

9. Business Transitions and Ownership Changes

In the event that UXON AI Pty Ltd undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information (including account and lead data) may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any acquiring or successor entity will be required to uphold the terms of this Privacy Policy and maintain data protection measures consistent with Australian privacy laws.

UXON AI will provide notice to affected users if their personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result of such a transaction.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites

The UXON AI website and platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services, including but not limited to Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe, and OpenAI.

These third-party services operate independently of UXON AI and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use.

UXON AI is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data handling procedures of external websites or platforms.
